Simple, bilingual calculators for people moving between Spain and abroad.

Cuánto España is run by a Spaniard who has lived abroad for years and has been through a good share of these procedures herself.

Where the figures come from

Every threshold, rate and deadline is taken from official Spanish sources: the Official State Gazette (BOE), the Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria), Social Security, and the immigration and foreign affairs ministries. The figures were last checked on and apply to tax year . They are reviewed every year.

What the results are

The results are estimates to help you understand your situation. They are not tax or legal advice, and they leave out some cases, such as regional deductions and the separate tax systems of the Basque Country and Navarre. Before you make a decision or file a return, check with the official source or an adviser.

Every calculator is available in English and Spanish, with the same rules and figures in both.
